SHIPPING

Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, will ship that same day; most orders placed later than 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, weekends and major holidays, will ship the next business day.

All orders are shipped from our Stearns, Kentucky location via United Parcel Service. Shipping charges are based on the UPS shipment type you request, weight and value of each carton and delivery location of your shipment, according to UPS real time fees.

Click on the "Estimate UPS Shipping Time" button on the upper left side of this page to see the UPS shipping time zone map & estimate your order's shipping time in transit.

All shipments are insured for the amount of each carton's retail value.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

IF YOU WISH TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, IT IS AVAILABLE VIA THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT US WITH YOUR ORDER DETAILS AS THERE IS NOT AN OPTION TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING THROUGH OUR CHECK-OUT PROCESS HERE ONLINE. WE WILL BE GLAD TO CALCULATE YOUR ORDER TOTAL AND SHIPPING COSTS AT THAT TIME AND LET YOU KNOW THE TOTAL COST PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.

SPECIAL HANDLING AND PACKING FEES:

We do not charge a handling or packing fee, but there may be an extra charge for a cooler and ice pack during the summer months, if fudge or any other items which are prone to melting are ordered. You will find this information on that particular item's page while browsing our Web store.

IN-STORE PICK-UP:

For your convenience, we offer the option of in-store pick-up at our Stearns, Kentucky location. There are no shipping or handling charges, and this option is nice if you are short on time, or cannot come into the store and browse during our open hours. When you are ready to place your order, choose the in-store pick up option, and your order will ready for pick-up within a few hours after you’ve gone through our Web store check-out process.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:

This site is updated with the most accurate inventory status possible, however, there are occasions when an item may be out of stock and not noted as such when placing your order.

If any item(s)in your order is out of stock and not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you right away with the expected availability date. Upon notification of the out of stock item(s), you will be asked to make the following decision regarding your order, & to reply within 48 hours:

1) Ship everything in my order that is currently available now, and ship the remaining item(s) of my order as soon they become available.

2) Hold my order until the out of stock items become available, and then ship my order complete.

3) Cancel my order

If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will go with option 1 above, and ship what we can of your order; the remaining will be shipped once it becomes available to do so.

IF YOUR ORDER IS SPLIT AND SHIPPED AT DIFFERENT TIMES (OPTION 1), YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ITEMS THAT SHIP AND THAT CARTON'S SHIPPING CHARGES AT THE TIME IT SHIPS, THEN ACCORDINGLY BE CHARGED LATER FOR THE REMAINING ITEMS & THAT CARTON'S SHIPPING CHARGES, AT THE TIME THEY ARE SHIPPED.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Report any problems within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized by our store manager. Please retain your packing slip; you will be asked to include a copy with your return.

Sale Items Return Policy:

All sales are final on sale/markdown items, with the exception of defective merchandise. If you wish to return a sale item for this reason, you should contact us via email and we will reply as soon as possible.

If your shipment has been damaged in transit by the carrier, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item(s) at no extra charge, as quickly as possible. Please do not throw away any part of your shipment until we have made the necessary arrangements for replacement.

Every item received in our store is thoroughly inspected upon arrival for flaws in workmanship, and damages or defects in operability, prior to placement into our inventory for resale. All consumable items are checked for freshness, as well. As with items received, we make the same thorough inspection for every item that leaves our store, carefully wrapping and packaging your item(s) to insure they arrive safely intact. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), please contact us immediately so we may take the steps necessary to insure your satisfaction.

Any credit given for shipping charges will be at the discretion of our store manager, based on the reason for return of your item(s).

Upon receipt of your return(s) and inspection by our store manager, your item(s) will be replaced or a credit will be issued.

Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit/debit card used in the original purchase of your order.

Shipping charges are not refundable when exchanging or returning an item due to customer error.
